MyCrave is a food cravings app that helps users track, understand, and manage their food cravings and eating habits. The app is developed and operated by Zero to Success, a registered business in the Netherlands (KVK: 90369025).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyCrave, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (https://mycrave.notion.site/Privacy-Policy-MyCrave-f8bcf872755c43ffb3388deab4ffd3ce). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Subscription & Payments

MyCrave Premium is an auto-renewable subscription.

• Price: €6.99 per month
• Subscription length: 1 month, auto-renewing
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• No refund is given for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes and can choose to accept or cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
